It's been quite a long time since I played through the main quests and I want to know as much lore as possible but I feel like I've forgotten a ton of stuff so just looking through codex would be mostly jargon, what do people recommend reading / watching for a catchup on the lore?

I just went through this with my SO actually - they've barely played and I didn't remember much.

Brozime's video is really dense and assumes you remember stuff. My SO couldn't follow it at all. Here is a 25-minute digestible video that we both found helpful to get ahold of the lore. The video is divided into spoiler and not-spoiler sections but we watched the whole thing since they don't care a lot about spoilers and I was caught up anyway.

Obviously it skips a lot since it is only 25 minutes but I definitely recommend it.

There's the video called "the entire warframe timeline but only what matters" by Brozime. It's an hour long watch but it covers every major point up to until Duviri (it's mentioned but not much info was available at the time) so it's quite good for to get a recap on what happened in the story without to much of the details.

I think I saw some full lore videos out there on youtube but those were about 10 hours long or whatever, yeah, didn't watch those.

I just read some wiki pages today after finishing The New War and Angels of Zariman. They're easy to follow and tie a lot of quests together into one story if you look up central characters like Lotus.
