Yikes. The US doesnt stop to amaze me with their vileness. Its like the narcissist version of nazi germany.

What can we make of this? As german communists we could set up demonstrations near the american military bases to tell them to fuck off because of their piracy or strike at large american firms.

Any other ideas? We could mass write to our government and set up petitions.

I'm asking because i think german communists are currently tailist and we can do two things at once, get with the workers and help our comrades.

Ultimately, it's an internal contradiction that people of America have to resolve themselves.

From their unique standpoint, of course. But isnt it our issue as a country with american military bases and military personnel on our streets as well?

For sure, Germany being a vassal of the empire is an obvious issue, but protesting the bases is not really focusing on the root causes. It's the political capture that's the real problem. German needs to regain its sovereignty, and that means kicking out the puppet regime that's currently in charge.

Yes, obviously. But how do you gather followers for the cause if not by praxis like protests and union meetings?

Union meetings are probably the most valuable approach because you end up organizing with people you interact with on regular basis and you can build deep relationships with. My experience is that people protests don't really have a high conversion rate, and they tend to be more of spectator events. But I'm not going to discourage people from protesting obviously. There is value in visible public demonstrations of discontent, and it helps people know many others share their grievances. It is a tool that helps combat alienation somewhat.

Makes total sense. Thanks for sharing. A friend told me to ask instead of stating and i tried that. It helped hugely to understand your point better and now i feel like i have learned a lot more than i could have by stating. Has been a pleasure for multiple reasons. :)
