I noticed that on some upper case letters the top part is cut off. It only happens for some letters, like E, B and P, and it does not happen in every application. As an example I added a screenshot when using "Easy Effects"

For posterity, here are my font settings and my system specs:

I don't know much about Nobara, but Easy Effects was recently updated to use qt. Maybe there's an update to Easy Effects.

As for the actual issue, are you using any fractional scaling? That's all I can think of off the top of my head (that GTK isn't playing nice or respecting your system settings.)

That's a gtk app, so you should look solutions for gtk apps on kde. Or does it also happen in default (qt) apps?

(It's a known issue that the 2 big DEs don't like apps from the other, as a gnome user I try to find gtk based alternatives if they exist.)

EasyEffects switched to Qt starting with version 8.

Fedora ships with version 7.2.

It's not a known issue of DEs not liking each other, it's purely gtk issue.

Well kde apps doesn't look good on my gnome. Is it also a gtk issue?

Is there an easy way to find out if an app is using qt or gtk?

Here the buttons in the header gives it away, that's a common gtk thing. Kde apps have file,... menu at the top usually, on gtk apps that's usually behind an ellipsis button. Default theme is quite different, e.g. gtk is more rounded, buttons have bigger padding. Custom themes can override that, but on store pages you should see the default on screenshots.
