It might be Jefferson. Jefferson trafficked humans, ran breeding plantations, he almost certainly committed infanticides on his plantations, he even kept a slave girl as his personal ... He tried to outlaw the Atlantic slave trade to increase demand for slaves from domestic breeding programs like his.

I mean let's be honest here every single one's been dogshit for centuries but Jefferson's definitely still the most vile. It's a damn low bar though considering how many genocidal war criminals and pedos have been in that office.
