afaik It's more correct to say that people diagnosed with that have something going on that should be accommodated more but it's not a very rigorously defined thing. If we had better healthcare systems we'd allocate treatment without requiring a pay code label that's really a collection of ambiguous symptoms and misleads patients and caregivers.
