I read the manga for Shield Hero and it was suuuuuper cringe that the loli raccoon eared slave girl became the main love interest.
Theres also a spinoff manga where the Spear Hero turns out to be a regressor and becomes super obsessed with the chocobo girl and ends up trying to hatch her himself but no matter how many eggs he hatches they turn into a different chocobo-person and he just ends up owning a ton of children he calls his angels in every loop. Really messed up when you take a step back.
It's cringe that she wants to stay a slave especially. That kind of thing annoys me to no end.
She grows really quickly. I thought at least the love interest stuff starts after she stops being a loli.
I find it problematic even if she physically grows 10 years in 2 weeks. It's still an attraction to a child, mentally.
Yeah, the magical growth thing is kind of a cop out anyway.
I feel like the author wanted to have his cake and eat it too. Save a child and have the cute protector child relationship, but then magic her into a suitable wife, and have a new child appear, so they can play family.
Spice and Wolf did it better.

A bit of advice: you're better off not bothering.
Shield Hero and Goblin Slayer were interesting in their first seasons, but both became really boring afterwards. And Sheild Hero's writing became atrociously bad at the end of season 3.
And for Redo of Healer, its too censored and rapey to be decent porn and the story is too braindead to be a decent regular show. It's only noteworthy trait is the shock factor
Redo of healer could have been a good quality hentai if it just went all in.
Rape and domination fetishes while not my cup of tea arnt that uncommon. It could have rivaled the notoriety of stuff like bible black or pico. Instead it will wallow for ever as a tasteless disgusting joke.
Honestly I'm annoyed at Shield Hero for the possibilities they wasted. Make a defensive hero? Emphasise the importance of support and team work in a fight instead of raw power on a single individual? Naahhh, screw that! Let's give the support hero the uberpowerful aggressive mode and make him the messiah and single saviour.
