Shower in the middle of the room - weird choice, bad use of space, and it ain't even that big for a centerpiece. It's actually a normal size walk-in shower. Serious followup: why is the towel hangar so far away from it, and is that a drain right next to the carpeted area?
What appears to be the sink implies the toilet is further back in the room.
I'm not gonna question the random carpeting, the six windows or the lack of blinds.

I'm pretty sure I saw something like this in a listing for a place by Bde Make Ska in Minneapolis. That building had some interesting layouts due to round walls.
As weird as this is, it's better than a lot of modern showers where people just don't put any door or curtains because it looks nice or whatever. Those you just end up freezing in.
