this is the logical extreme of the 'everyone is 12 theory' combined with the parenti principle. according to these people, every time the chinese succeed its because they are genetically perfect (but in a bad way because these people are all eugenicists) and every time the chinese fail its because they are just peasants. they did something wrong? be elitist. they did something right? be racist. in the most comically stupid way possible too.
