Trello alternative? (lemmy.dbzer0.com)

I'm not an organisation, just an individual who likes to use that sort of board to organise himself.

Is anyone using something they'd recommend? Preferably ready to go with Docker of course.

Nextcloud Deck is a really good choice and I use it, but I also know Vikunja is great

I use TickTick which is perfect for my needs. Not self-hosted but it is free.

Azure DevOps free tier is probably enough. You can also host your own private repos there.

I like the appearance of https://taiga.io/ but I haven't gotten around to try hosting it myself

Good luck if you try, I've spun up taiga a awhile ago for a work colleague who wanted to try it. I still haven't figured out how the f SSL Is supposed to work with it. The docs don't explain it and I had no luck with nginx as reverse proxy so far either.

Another thumbs up for Vikunja. Even approved by the wife! Note that integration with Apple reminders is not working currently and there doesn’t seem to be a solution.
