I keep getting signed out of lemmy.world (in Jerboa and in a web browser). I tried resetting my password, reinstalling Jerboa, moving to my web browser, but I still have the same problem. Any ideas on how to fix this?

That was happening to me using the web or Jerboa. I don't have this problem with the Connect app. It's been the best client I've found so far.

Can you tell me more about the Connect app? There are a lot of apps with the name "connect" in the app store

Search Connect for Lemmy. It's made by kurononeko. It's an orange logo with a white C.

I think there was a disclosure for this in the Jerboa community. Users were advised to clear the app cache (or perhaps the app data entirely) to resolve.

I was in the same boat but things are working fine after taking those steps.

Yep, had the same issue as well in browser and memmy & had to clear browser cache and reinstall memmy in order to clear it up.

Have you tried not using Jerboa? I switched to Liftoff and it's been great comparatively

I will give Liftoff a try- thanks!

Huh, I had no idea of this bug, I mostly use Summit, Connect for Lemmy and Voyager and this bug is not present there.
