People don't generally quit bad jobs, they stick it out for whatever reason. They do quit having a bad boss though.

No amount of good colleagues can make up for a bad boss. Been there.
Good colleagues make it bearable at best. Was stuck with that for 5 years. Would never work for those people again, no matter the colleagues.

Seriously, this is the definition of a "work there for 15 minutes until you find literally anything else" bridge job.
People don’t quit jobs, they quit bosses.
Don’t do it. Or, if you do, firmly stipulate that you will not work under that person as a direct result of past experiences with that person. If that’s not an option, just say “thanks, but no thanks”.
Easy. Build friendships outside of work with the people you enjoy spending time with, avoid working for the bad manager. The smart person realizes the most fulfilling relationships aren't built at work.
No way, I wouldn't work for a manager I don't trust.
How badly can they mess with you?
If they can dock your pay, or give you terrible jobs to do, forget it.
If it's a matter of belittling you, ignore it.
Also, see if there's a way to sabotage the manager.
She's gonna have power over your employment; if you don't trust her not to use that to fuck with you (and it sounds like you can't), don't go work there. You'll be able to find a position elsewhere.
