CIA Magic would be like Bioware Magic or Bethesda Magic or even CDPR Magic. They've done bigger shit in the past and changed the world as a result so clearly all they need to do is believe in the magic and crunch really hard and they too can be like the monsters of yore in the 50s and 60s leading South American death squads.

I thought this was going to be about the card game that the CIA created based on Magic: the Gathering. Unfortunately they did not name it "Intelligence: the Gathering".
