Bit odd that when Americans are upset about gas prices they're evil for not being more mad about civilian deaths, but when Europeans complain about petrol prices everybody nods in agreement

It’s probably because Americans keep starting wars that lead to high fuel prices, while also having a decent oil industry of their own so they’re not even that affected.
