Not all heroes wear capes. This one wears a postmans uniform.
I hate to be this guy: Although emotionally I want to agree, this is tantamount to censoring one political opinion, which is a slippery slope. Just because he is on our side, its not less wrong, it just feels better. The postal service is supposed to deliver a neutral reliable service for all.
This feels like you cheering for internet censoring instead of net neutrality because a telephone worker took it upon himself to block a few websites of his choosing.
Actually I would say this is more like cheering for the underdog, the common man stands no chance against the big money propaganda, this seems like a good retaliation to the oppression that is weighing down on us, or you could swing big like Luigi.
I've gotten three of these letters. Why three? Who knows.
I'm voting green and have yet to get any leaflets or door knockers. The money imbalance in politics is palpable
The money imbalance in politics is palpable
Yep as it is in the world as a whole. Compared to the 40 to 80 hugely so.
And guess what. The folks funding reform really really want it to get a fuck load worse.
I've had knocks on the door from labour but that's it. I wonder if the fact that I don't have a sofa in my garden dissuades reform campaigners from knocking on my door.
If they actually come round I'm going to be polite to them but continuously ask them some difficult questions about local issues they absolutely will have no idea about. Just to piss them off.
Exactly the same here. I think it also shows the lack of actual local volunteers or people who in other parties deliver the leaflets, or maybe they know they'd be shouted out to get out of the area (which I would do!). If your politics is so divisive and offensive maybe this is there only way.
Can also see they far outspend other parties on social media
They must be targeting specific areas. So far I have got about 6-8 things from Green (including one glossy magazine type thing), and they are the only party I have seen door knocking. Reform I have only got the one "letter" - in an envelope I assume because they are the most disliked party and they are getting this happening often.
“DO” is an acronym for delivery office, “D2D” for door-to-door or unaddressed advertising mail, and “IDGAF” means “I don’t give a fuck”.
Brilliant
Given Reform's history of dodgy leafleting, I'd say they deserve it.
Give him the CEO's bonus!
A true hero
I'm in Scotland, Reform is pushing hard up here - I've had a couple of D2D leaflets, plus two (horrifyingly) addressed to me personally. The first one they included a return envelope, so boy did I return it. The begging letter, the leaflet, the envelope they came in, plus a few suggestions of what they could do with it all.
Should have taken it home and given it to Jess' litter box.
