I expect costs at least twice as much

Most of this is not money spent already, but what a small group of wealthy will receive over the next decade. And there will be more costs to increase that thievery.

The bottom 99% will see a trickle of that money only

Yet another stimulus for the rich.

Cost a hell of a lot more if one figures in the DC Signal chats and the insider trading around the various war announcements. That's a tax on the poor too.
