9pm, ITV1 Olly Murs recently completed a brutal 400km journey from Old Trafford in Manchester to the London Stadium by running, cycling and rowing – and raised £830,000 for Unicef. On Sunday, he will take part in the 20th annual Soccer Aid match, along with Jill Scott, Tom Hiddleston, Wayne Rooney, Jermain Defoe, Owen Cooper and Angry Ginge. Hollie Richardson
