Checked luggage.... so that they can get at the bag carousel faster and wait even longer? I think you mean let people with no carry-ons off first.
Surely the first one should be the other way around, as people without checked luggage can exit the airport right away without waiting at the baggage carousel?
Checked luggage as opposed to carry on. If you don't need to rummage around the overhead to find your bag, you get to leave first.
I fly a lot and rarely do I see someone with absolutely nothing on the plane. Having a checked bag by no means excludes you from also having a carry-on
For sure, the first one is absolutely unhinged and is the complete opposite of the second.
It's like saying the people who are going to have to wait for their fancy coffee, that takes 20 mins to prepare, should all get to go first and black coffee drinkers should let everyone else skip the queue.
People with connections deserve priority deboarding, especially when the first flight was delayed. Some times I've heard attendants saying to do this, but it never successfully happens
Seems rather racist to let black coffee drinkers have an express line.
I stopped going to coffee shops because apparently "black coffee" is just too mind-bending for them.
So this is a great idea that wouldn't work. People who pour coffee from one vessel into another for a living, simplt cannot do so without injecting additional ingredients.
This is such a dumb boomer thing to say. I have worked at multiple starbucks locations and i go to coffee shops all the time. I usually order a black house coffee. I have never been to or worked at a coffee shop baffled by black coffee. It is the easiest thing to serve. I promise baristas are relieved to hear you say black coffee as it means less work for them. They probably asked if you wanted a dairy/alternative and you got mad about that for some reason. Also, maybe don't be a dick to people working a job just trying to live their lives when it seems like you can barely rub two braincells together to effectively communicate what you want.

The black coffee idea sounds pretty good at first, until you have to work on a typical espresso machine. After the 4th black coffee the next few teas, americanos or steamings are slow and crap. Unless you add water from a separate boiler, or it's a drip coffee.
Why would people with checked luggage need to leave the plane first? They are going to be waiting 20~30 minutes for their suitcase at the conveyor belts. They can't hurry even if they wanted to.
There was an airport that found by moving certain gates around to increase the time to walk to the baggage pickup area, complaints about waiting for luggage to show up dramatically decreased. It does take a few minutes to fully unload the belly of a plane into carts then drive over and unload the carts onto a belt. Even if the crew is fast.
