In that scene he lists off all the components of a human he used in transmutation. Or, Deconstructed human, if you will
"Water, 35 liters; carbon, 20 kilograms; ammonia, 4 liters; lime, 1.5 kilograms; phosphorus, 800 grams; salt, 250 grams; saltpeter, 100 grams; sulfur, 80 grams; fluorine, 7.5; iron, 5; silicon, 3 grams; and trace amounts of 15 other elements."
Deconstructed salad sounds like the chef is just too lazy to construct one and wants to be praised for it..
I've had a deconstructed Caesar salad once. It had an anchovy on it. It was pretty good. Did I mention I'm part Sicilian?
Fun fact, anchovies are good in a certain foods, but pizza is definitely not one of them. I suspect its presence there has to do with pizza's origins being something similar to focaccia. Anchovies, especially the salted ones in tins, should be used very sparingly.
