imagine the damage one of these bad boys could do if it went rogue in the Mediterranean right now and then blocked up the suez canal. orcas, please. You figured out how to destroy rudders now learn how to skillfully pilot large underwater vessels and make strategic geopolitical decisions

It doesn't say they have nuclear weapons. One of the headlines mentions "cruise missiles". People get nuclear-powered and nuclear-weapon-carrying subs confused way too much. The submarine could have nuclear weapons, but that's not what nuclear submarine means. And all sorts of vehicles can have nuclear weapons, including fighter jets.
