I mean that everywhere other than church during church time means most of the people around you are at least not Christian. Also you have short lines at checkout as a reward for your beliefs

Your experiences and phrasing are very localised, think. Do you think every Christian goes to "church"?

I think it would be weird if they believed that and they didn’t but I guess there’s all kinds of different brands these days. I have lived a lot of places from Japan to San Diego, to Mississippi. The current small town I’m in is where it’s so pronounced that this occurred to me, but it’s theoretically at least partially true everywhere.

No greater joy than shopping in a heavily religious neighborhood on a Sunday.

I've thought that too, but I just haven't figured out the best way to take advantage of it.

Open up a Chick-fil-A knock-off that's only open Sunday mornings.

Maaaan, if !thesatanictemple@lemmy.world would open up a spicy grill spot with discount times (like happy hour or "fourth meal", etc) matching worship hours & religious holidays.... Mmmm, hell yes!

(Just, don't let Voodoo Donuts get to the idea first and fuck it up.)

Edit: it will be called "Be'el-Z-bites" and the byline is "Mmmm... Sacrelicious!

"Satan's Spicy #2" practically sells itself.

I want this to exist so bad.

Mostly good for shopping and going to restaurants

Be careful you don't accidentally drown while showing this high.

No, but Leviathan missed the "er" in showering. It makes more sense once you slide that back in.

Because I’m asleep?

As in adult swim time at a pool, as opposed to Adult Swim from Cartoon Network?

[-] Kolanaki@yiffit.net 1 points 11 months ago

To be fair, the idea behind both is the same.
