TIL that tinted car windows are never restricted by the law and allowed on the public road all the time

I thought for the longest time that these type of decorations for vehicles were banned by the government

Window tint for vehicles are regulated by JPJ, but the rules also say you can tint the back windscreen down to 0% transparent.

I also don't understand people who blame window tint for causing child deaths in vehicles, but not their busy and forgetful parents.
