This doesn't look entirely accurate. Vermont doesn't have a law on the books, meaning we default to the federal standard of one party consent.
This map isn't entirely accurate. I know some states on here that are one party for police and two party for domestic abuse, but they're marked as one party on this map.

According to the map, you can record whomever you like, including Missourians, from Kansas.
