I encountered this driver last Saturday. No signals, nothing.

Know what they were doing?

Looking at maps. Too bad I'm not the one at driving or I'd have honked kau them.

They were using paper maps? Did they brake while driving and didn't pull aside?

No, they were looking at their phone, they just stopped. No brake lights, nothing.
