I think that's a pretty likely scenario, and given how depleted US is now in Ukraine it's gonna be interesting to see how much actual material support they can give Israel here. For example, I saw this article yesterday talking about Ukraine

If they've run out of shells to give Ukraine now and are shipping low quality munitions from wherever they can find them, that indicates that they've mostly run out through existing stocks and we know US manufacturing can't keep up with the demand.
