Power plants, schools, what else? Very happy to see Iraq being rebuilt. Even happier to see the US isn't profiting from it (or at least from some of it).

It's honestly mind-boggling for me, a USian to see this.

Like I just cannot imagine seeing my government do something good that benefits both parties involved. And then to know that it's China, the country I am supposed to despise? Absolutely bonkers
