Sort of. It had wings that could detach and then you could pull behind you like a trailer. detachable prop. Very little capacity. But it was supposed to be a commuter flying "car" so you didn't need much more than your brief case and your lunch in those days.

To be fair, that's basically what "flying cars" often tend to be when made irl to my understanding, they're just a bit more vaguely car shaped on the outside.
