You should use Tinymediamanager , its an incredible program that can download metadata from TMDB , IMDB , and other sources. It can also organize and rename every episode and movie. They have a paid version and its totally worth it.

You can , and if you prefer the metadata for IMDB you can just change it and it do it again. It is really an amazing piece of software.
Plex is incredible in this. It collects metadata, downloads subtitles, and even skip pre and post credits.
Also there are tools like Filebot (old version) for subtitles, and TV show Renamer (free) for title and metadata.
