Hi America, year is ending and Europe we only have one mass shooting, any help to be equally the same in this field?

Sure!

First off, eliminate universal healthcare, as well as any controls on poverty. Make sure you get your justice system involved. Have them focus on the homeless, and poverty stricken areas. Criminalize any form of chemical dependency your populace turns to. Jail as many as possible.

Get the business community involved. Have them collude to deny work to anyone who has ever become associated with your justice department.

Happy, healthy, thriving people won't shoot up schools no matter how many guns you give them. You really need to focus on making them sick and miserable before you can hope to see any results.

Stigmatize any outlets of needing support or providing support to the point that if you bring up certain topics, you will get red flagged and then have to go through the endless hurdles of an uncaring legal system. Then you end up with those who need help the most not admitting it because they're scared of losing their rights possessions community respect and what little control they have over their own life.
