Parham was arrested the November before his disappearance for rape involving a minor [...] The body was found wrapped in heavy tire chains and anchored to the bottom of the lake with a hydraulic jack.

Hearing a guy facing federal charges was found chained to the bottom of the lake, my first thought is, 'oh, the fbi missed an accomplice who is covering up his loose ends', then I read that part and my theory changed....

Obviously suicide. But the question is, how did he rent the hydraulic jack? It'd have to be anonymously, since he was on the run, right? Did he use a fake id or something?

They missed some of his most prominent features though. I guess they still have some things to learn about the genetics of nose shape.
