A game they have nothing to do with? I'm pretty sure they put their budget into The Surge, a game they actually developed.

Ah, my mistake. They were the lead developers of the first game and I poorly assumed that they worked on this game as well. They recently released Atlas Fallen so their name was fresh in my mind.
