I recently got some Moondrop Arias and am really liking them. They retail for about 80USD.
I also recently got a set of those. I've really been enjoying them for at the desk and on the go.

But it's twice the price.
I've been using KZ ZSN Earbuds since 2019, and they're going strong. Not the best, but for $25, they're surprisingly durable, and get the job done.
Seconding the KZ ZSN earbuds. I have been using them for a couple of years and they are great, especially for the price. I broke one of mine by rolling on it and it crushed the pin so without a delay I ordered a second pair. To be clear, nothing would have survived my mistreatment unless machined from steel or similar, but they survived for ages even with that abuse.
It's quite hard to beat the latest Crinacle collaborations if you want a neutral/natural sound.

I own the Zero Red and they are quite good to my ear.
KB Ears are great and cheap. You can even get a balanced output cable if you're looking for an upgrade: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B08X49KG74?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title
