New CEO, new Chair, neither give a flying fuck about the environment. Underfunded organisation that is now chasing figures to satisfy these new appointments, who have been brought in to undermine the organisation from within.

This is probably mismanagement at middle manager level, but the core of the problem is at the top. These were political appointments, made by the Tories that will probably end up with lots of work outsourced to their mates. Let's hope we get the change of govt before this happens.

This is the problem with poorly thought out KPIs

This is the problem with poorly thought out KPIs... and shitsack politicians who don't care about the job, just the optics of the job so they can move on to high paying gigs later.

You won't find any job where employees won't try and cheat KPIs, of course in an ideal world politicians would be above that. Alas, I don't think we'll ever get that

Opinion pieces are also allowed, provided they are not misleading/misrepresented/drivel, and have proper sources.

Disappointing comments will generally be left to fester in ratio, outright horrible comments will be removed.
