I mostly get them from rutracker, but I've also downloaded them from 4download.net . 4download has a ton of plugins available, but like most direct download sites it has scammy ads and some broken links
4download.net seems to be working fine, thanks. Can't be fucked to make an account on rutracker but might check it out if 4download pisses me off enough.
If you go directly to the subforum page, RUTracker doesn't hit you with the login form, and you can look around without an account:

You can also use the site-wide Google search to search the forums without an account, but it's not always as up-to-date as the real actual forum search index:

Seen these recommended but haven’t used:
- http://vstclub.com/ - might throw an error if browser has https strict, seems like they have direct download links (DDL) if signed up, release names could also be useful for searching elsewhere
- https://audionews.org/ - can’t see anything without signing up, could be DDL or torrents
- https://audioz.download/ - torrents and seems like it’s been a standard for years but recently one had malware so check the comments
- rutracker - others have mentioned, supposed to be good with curation
- 4download.net - already mentioned, appears to have multiple DDL options and torrents
