TRUMP clearly thinks that he’s got the “one weird trick to get out of any court proceedings, judges hate him!” and its to be as much of an asshole as possible to the judge and then complain that they can’t possibly be impartial because he was such an asshole to them.

Remember when he complained that a Hispanic judge couldn't be impartial because Trump was too racist?

Thats their only play, every where. It's the only thing they know. Being such an insufferable, morally-dry asshole as gotten him and every person like him anything they ever wanted. It's the key to the world. If someone would get me in front of Trump I'd throw a shitty adult diaper at his head that I shit in myself. Fuck this guy and his half-baked mafia. He has irreparable fucked the psyche of so many in this country that we will be stuck with Orcs in human clothes forever. These ideals won't die off, this is the new culture.

This ^ It's all about the appeal process.

More specifically drag out the process as long as possible so he can shoot his shot at being president again, and then try to use a presidential veto plus the freedom caucus in Congress to get out of shit

The average observer, must now, after hearing Defendant’s recent attacks, draw the conclusion that if they become involved in these proceedings, even tangentially, they should worry not only for themselves, but for their loved ones as well,” Merchan wrote. “Such concerns will undoubtedly interfere with the fair administration of justice and constitutes a direct attack on the Rule of Law itself.

Grasping his queen in hand he swings, wielding the full might of the powerful position, he strikes, destroying two opponents at once. A king must be willing to make sacrifices “For third time Mr. Trump that’s not how you play chess and will you please stop throwing checkers at the baby Jesus and put him back in his crèche.”
