Has anybody actually read the Green New Deal? Kind of amazing the use of that term without a definition of what it is.

"Vance does worse in his home region at -16 points than he does in the average of all polls… So the people who know him best, the region that knows him best, they like him even less than America likes him.”

— Polling analyst Harry Enten, on CNN

Plus, betting markets have opened up on if he'll be retained on the ticket.

This is my favorite story about Spa.

"During the 1973 Spa 24 Hours three drivers were killed. Jochen Mass tells a horrifying story of sharing a car with Hans Stuck and during one of the pitstops at the night, Stuck shouted to him over the noise that he should "look out for body parts at the Masta Kink". Mass arrived there expecting to see bits of car all over the road but was appalled to discover it was bits of a marshal."

It is relevant to history. You can either tell the Trump story that a bullet hit his ear, or you can say that he caught shrapnel.

You know, I think Democrats might just be good for the economy.

I'm old enough to remember the damage caused to Bush Sr.'s reelection campaign in 1992 when Dan Quayle criticized the portrayal of a fictional single mother on the TV show "Murphy Brown." JD Vance takes this line of attack on single and/or childless women to a whole new depth because he's going after real people, not TV characters. This will not end well for him.

All those women in the Devine Nine are going to work like crazy to elect Harris. She is actually forming a secret army.

Before doubling down, it might be wise to know what you are doubling down on. Aggressive foolishness is still foolishness.

I didn't call him a hero, though, I called him humble and good. In your zeal to urinate on corn flakes, you forgot basic reading skills.

History will paint Biden very kindly. This speech will be the example of a humble, good man.

“If anyone is going to challenge Vice President Kamala Harris for the Democratic presidential nomination, they have only until this weekend to do it,” Politico reports.

“Delegates to the Democratic National Convention rules committee approved the virtual roll call on Wednesday, moving ahead with a July 30 deadline for candidates seeking to collect delegate signatures to appear on the virtual roll call. The virtual roll call, which must be completed by Aug. 7 to comply with Ohio ballot access deadlines, could start as early as next Thursday.”

Former Georgia Lt. Gov. Geoff Duncan (R) said he would vote for Kamala Harris over Donald Trump, the Atlanta Journal Constitution reports

There's no way anybody is going to convince trump that he should treat a liberal black woman as a worthy opponent. His white supremacist genes and his deepseated disdain for women combined with his textbook narcissism make it utterly impossible
