Must be a day ending in ‘Y’.
Yeah, after the 10 millionth time, I start to lose sympathy for them.
Like, if some grandma lost a bunch of money buying those fake gold Trump Bucks, I'd feel sorry for her. But if/when she turns around and gives money to the next scam, my sympathy is exhausted.
Early stages of dementia often manifest as falling for scams; a lot of them are designed to find people like that. So if your grandma is repeatedly being taken, you should be talking to her doctor and planning for care, not abandoning her.
That's absolutely true and also sad. Thankfully, it was just a hypothetical grandma used to make a point.
My complaint is against those who would knowingly exploit them (televangelists, telemarketers, Trump, et al).
Trump Media’s lawsuit accuses them of “mismanagement,” saying they “failed spectacularly at every turn” and “made a series of reckless and wasteful decisions.”
Yeah, that's how I would describe going into business with him, too.
You missed the best part of the quote.
Both people he's suing are ex-contestants on "The Apprentice".
They like it like that.
She working that back, I don't know how to act.
Duh.
