Definitely would like it in the Premier League!

Another thing I'd like to see is an end of players surrounding referees. Should only be captains, refs get too much abuse and it trickles down to grassroots football, then we wonder why there is a lack of quality when the pool to select referees is small/close knit.

Good, but I'm skeptical about this:

It seems that it will not be an automatic access to all the recordings, but rather hand-picked incidents that caused the most controversy during that weekend’s games.

It says that can change in the future, but if it doesn't then it could be lip service.

In the eredivisie they had it for a little while I believe, but they would do only one or two per weekend. Sometimes they picked situations that were not that interesting just to avoid showing an obvious mistake by the ref elsewhere that they didn't want to air.

Let's hope I'm wrong!
