They posted a completed save file on their website and instructions on where to save it on your PC to be able to use it. So it's not your own cloud save, but it does give you a completed save.

Why would anyone want a completed save for a game that has basically no replay value once completed...?
I've never played the game (hope to soon), but I'm guessing each chapter of the game is unique and a completed save lets you select any chapter. Once you've solved the puzzle (especially if solved recently) solving it again is quick.
So even if you were halfway through chapter 3 in your own game, a completed save file will quickly return you there.
