In the first pilot project 2024, the funding is only available to students of the Technische Hochschule Augsburg in the MSc program
I also was playing around with that idea, but wasn't sure if I actually want to fund projects or art and architecture around it.
Basically paying artists to draw their vision, because that would be like advertising the Solarpunk idea.
Felix here, we are running the SPF and just put the website online today. In my view it's more like: Pioneers have a great idea. If they want to realize the project and have to get some materials for the prototypes, then a lack of money should not be the point of failure.
