tap water is best water
Tap water isn't that bad guys..
Tap water, especially municipal water, tends to have much stricter regulations on water quality then bottled water. In the U.S. (can't speak for other countries) many plastics (like water bottles, jugs, etc.) are not even BPA free most of the time, and even with those that are there's still many other harmful things that can leech from the plastic to the water.
