At work: I fixed my company's Nextcloud, which had put the server's CPU under constant 100% CPU load for over a year before I started the job. The former admin had used some weird script downloaded from a random website to install it. I reconfigured the LAMP stack from the ground up and updated everything to current versions. CPU usage is down to 3% and people can actually access their files again.

At home: I finally got around to fixing up the old road bike I bought last year. The chain was 3 links too long and it could only shift into 9 out of 22 gears. Now it purrs like a kitten.

At the non-profit youth center I volunteer at: I hosted my first public event, a rock concert with 3 bands. Took promotional photos, edited them, created social media posts, coordinated with the bands, the sound and light techs, the other volunteers, the suppliers, and generally managed everything during the event. It was a success. At one point I had a few free minutes to stand in the crowd during the concert when hundreds of people were cheering, and I thought to myself "I helped create this!"

I also quit alcohol recently, which probably has a lot to do with the other things.

Had my weekly Pathfinder 2e game on Friday last week. The players finished the main quest for the first "book" of the campaign I'm using which was really exciting. We got to see a nice scene where they celebrated the victory, mourned the loss of the PC that died against the book 1 boss, and they got a lead on what the next major segment of the campaign will be about.

Something that made me really happy is that a few of the players took a moment during and after the game to tell me how much they appreciate my DMing, how excited they are for the next section of the adventure (particularly once I revealed that for the next section I'm planning on integrating some more homebrew elements into the published adventure), and how much they've been enjoying the game overall.
