Yes. Frankly I'm unsure it makes a difference which scale you use.
Apparently very, it’s taking heavy inspiration from NV as opposed to 3 and 4. It even brought back the failed skill dialogue options.
What's the chance of this turns out to be actually good?
They've just gotta avoid filling it with thinly-veiled fetish content.
We don't have the best track record for that in Fallout tbh

I own fo4 on steam but I already have a wabbajack setup with that install. Could I torrent a gog version and install it on top of that?
They're just using Gog as a CDN essentially. They have instructions to grab the downloaded files and zip them into a normal mod format so you can install them however you want.
