I wish he hadn't turned out to be a creep. I really liked his work.

It sucks that people can be more than one thing. Like, they can be talented artists or performers or whatever, but at the same time they can also be fucking scumbags. It would be significantly more convenient if people were all-shit or all-good.

His work can still be good.

I personally can't enjoy works of people I consider to be horrible.

Does the house come with a fantastic view of the elementary school?

5 million for a house in Baltimore??? Other than the CEO of Under armor wanting a place next door to crash, why would anyone pay that much for Baltimore?

[-] prettybunnys@sh.itjust.works 22 points 11 months ago

It’s actually a pretty dope city in a state that’s nice to live in.

If you’re rich why wouldn’t you want to?

[-] Blue_Morpho@lemmy.world 5 points 11 months ago

I know Baltimore extremely well. If I was still young and single it would be fine to live there. But not for $5 million. There's much nicer just outside the city for 5 million.

5 million in Maryland isn’t hard.

Some people like living in the city, and again Baltimore is actually a pretty nice city ESPECIALLY if you’re rich.

5 million in Maryland isn’t hard.

That's my point. 5 million outside of Baltimore is far nicer.

It's not even a house, it's a condo

What if Kevin spacey was living inside your house, hidden in a secret ~~~~underground bunker and eating your foot during the night ?!

[-] essteeyou@lemmy.world 2 points 11 months ago

I've been trying to prove this for the last 3 years, but nobody will listen!

[-] ryan213@lemmy.ca 14 points 11 months ago

Always got the creepy vibes from him.

[-] sunzu@kbin.run 8 points 11 months ago

Ohh no!

Maybe some worker can get a house at a discount!

His house does.

[-] Infynis@midwest.social 12 points 11 months ago

Not anymore!

[-] toynbee@lemmy.world 1 points 11 months ago

Apparently Havre de Grace was cast as his hometown in House of Cards.

[-] razorwiregoatlick@lemmy.world 4 points 11 months ago

I would really like to know what they mean by financial troubles. It almost certainly doesn’t mean the same thing it does for the average individual. Unfortunately, I am sure he is doing fine.

[-] thefartographer@lemm.ee 2 points 11 months ago

Oh shoot... I'm sure there's still a big market for creepy shoe salesmen
