We have a recipe for effective civil resistance.

I would like to point out that there is no such thing. You cannot guarantee success or effectiveness and everyone who promises otherwise should be viewed critically. Also one of the groups part of this network (Letzte Generation Austria) just disbanded, so I think this proves their recipe is not as effective as claimed.

Another point that bothers me, is that these orgs try to activate mostly unexperienced folks to do dangerous, stressful and unsustainable activism. Their practice is so obviously prone to burn out, I am kinda amazed they are still around.

That said, they are probably a good way to get fast entry into spectacular and highly controversial activism and they have decent backing to help you pay fines and stuff. So if you want go wild, this might be a great chance.
