Hopefully in time the west can be kicked out of the west and south Atlantic, too. And if we're really hopeful, the "west" should be contained, barred from leaving their coastlines for any military activities. After what their nations have done and continue to do, once the western decline is a done deal (or if and when they call MAD upon themselves) the entire world should see to it that the west will never rise as seafaring terrorists ever again.
