Local authorities, sports clubs and schools have also been installing sun cream dispensers in public locations such as beaches and parks to encourage wider use.

It is also blatantly ignoring how incredibly expensive sunscreen is in the Netherlands. If it isn't on sale anywhere, a typical price would be 25€ for a small bottle, the same would be around 10 euro in the German supermarket. While yes, it is on sale often for 2 for the price of one, it still comes out more expensive then in most neighbouring countries.
