Not sure id consider it liminal but it's CyberPunk AF to me.
Those lights are wild.
I’m imagining some gigantic dude walking down the stairs angrily stabbing lights into the wall “You want lights motherfuckers, well here’s your fucking lights, motherfuckers!”
