Working with Russian independent media outlet Mediazona, BBC News Russian said that it had been able to identify the names of 74,014 Russian soldiers who had been killed since the start of the full-scale invasion in February 2022.

Russia is really getting concerned with population loss lately. The war must be taking a massive longterm toll .

I read some where that in a recording about them discussing north korean soldiers, one russian soldier said "there will be millions of them coming to help".

I think it's a key propaganda focus because the losses are starting to show a lot

On a human level, this is extremely sad news. The amount of suffering that comes with such numbers is impossible to grasp.
