Breakfast: lost to time.
Lunch: a morsel of raw squirrel meat.
Supper: 12 frozen hotdogs with mayonnaise and hollandaise sauce.
Started out nice, english muffins, tea, cereal.
Lunch was kinda last minute and incredibly late, left over green bean casserole and a veggie chicken sandwich.
Dinner though, dinner is going to be wild.I'm either going to make another green bean casserole or some minute rice depending on how late I end up making it... So probably rice.
What do you like to put oj minute rice?
OJ on minute rice sounds innovative.
Mix with soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, then add some chicken, scallions, and some bean sprouts and you've got a damn tasty dinner.
It's different each time, sometimes hit sauce, sometimes Alfredo sauce, usually veggies though.
Sometimes chicken, but that mostly depends on if I've got the motivation or the left overs.
some Red Baron pepperoni pizza slices for dinner 🍕
I'm trying to improve my diet but oh man I love those.
Yummy!
We had same breakfast as every day (almonds and rice cakes) then lunch was a turkey sandwich with way too much Mayo, dinner was Chinese food.
Ngl actually pretty good today.
Then of course I ended the day by eating about 7 servings of MNMs so maybe not the best day
If it weren't for the weed, I don't think I'd ever eat, my autistic ass just wouldn't think of it.
But also if all it takes is ripping open a packet and pouring stuff out to have ready to chew food (but not liquid or mush, the texture 😫), it's a winner. Because eventually I get to the point where I feel sick and NEED FOOD NOW or I'll throw up acid.
Brains are weird.
definitely cant relate to all you hunger-forgetters. I went the other way into full on binge eating (BED). constant snacking = constant victory 😎 dopamine city baby
oh god praise Vyvanse and its expiring patent
I have not felt like eating at any point today, so I haven't. But I ate lots yesterday? I will probably eat a bunch of random stuff later.
Literally my conversation with my wife last night.
Me when I got home from work: I was good today! I bought some new, low calorie rice cake snacks with flax, chia, and quinoa! A serving is only 90 cal and they taste awesome!
My wife: I bought a 10 pack of king cones...
Me: ...I also bought hot pockets...
I made eggs this morning. I had a weird bubble waffle thing. Then I had Chipotle and some Pocky. I know I snack on some stuff to but I can't remember.
Weird day... I've eaten:
- Fiber powder
- 4 eggs with hot sauce
- 1 can of sardines in olive oil
- 1 can of tuna
- 3 roasted almonds
- A few bites of sauerkraut
Idol tbh
Weird day for sure but I felt amazing. Slept well and woke up early. Maybe I should do this again on purpose?
Update? Are you become Übermensch?
I added some lettuce, kale, mustard, upped to 3 cans of sardines and a few handfuls of nuts a day. Felt awesome. Woke up early and wanted to work out. Slept an hour less and felt more rested. Lots of extra free time with no cooking or eating out. I kept eating pretty similar until my next doctors' appointment. My blood work came back perfect except I was low on sodium. Weird?
This weekend I visited some friends and they offered me an ordinary 5% beer. I felt drunk after half the can and didn't even want to finish it. Not normal for me at all.
TL;DR: I got superpowers but alcohol is Kryptonite now.
My body WANTS to be diabetic, who am I to get in its way?
My body as well.
I'm type 1 and 2 at the same time thanks to a genetic disorder called McCune Albright syndrome.
A meal replacement drink, ~several hours of hyperfocus~ like 10 handfuls of peanuts??? ~more hours of focus~ a chicken breast, some roasted veggies, baked potato (pleased about this, but it was provided for me) i am very good at being functional and taking care of my body
This is like my meal plan that I never achieve
@MadgePickles I’ve been nursing a 32 oz insulated mug of coffee everyday for a while.
chanting one of us
Breakfast was two slices of raisin toast
Lunch was 30-40 sping rolls, legit too many to count
Dinner was some Mexican chickpea bowl thing
I think I fucked up with a few too many sping rolls??
I have questions;
- Did you mean spring rolls?
if so,
- Were they full sized spring rolls?
if so,
- Where did you get that many full sized spring rolls down your craw in one sitting? A restaurant?
Right? Give me this magical spring roll fountain
I had a sandwich today.
It was good.
