Who is this for? (hexbear.net)

Who is tuning in to Amazon to watch lib coverage of the election that CNN and MSNBC already do much better? I watched a few minutes of this out of curiosity and it's a low budget shitshow with shoddy production and camera work. And Brian Williams? Did I miss his redemption arc? Wasn't he banished from NBC for being the George Santos of network news? Is this all Jeff Bezos could afford?

yeah I saw an ad for this before a movie that had him doing voice over, so at first I'm like, "huh whose voice is that... it's familiar"

then boom, Brian Williams: the guy who bullshitted so much on the bullshit ass news he got caught out and fired about it.

I guess the thinking is that nobody remembers unless the news tells them to remember, so it just means he can be gotten at discount by Bezos.

what a country.

The only way Amazon can predict an election is if one of the candidates is already added to the cart, and even then they'll usually get it wrong.

If you think that's bad, wait until you gotta watch a Monday night hockey game on Prime Video.
